Lisa is originally from Scotland, before moving to the Cotswolds via London. Initially she lived in South Cerney before moving to Preston, where her husband was lucky enough to grow up.
They feel so fortunate to live in such a beautiful area, with friendly communities and lots to offer people of all ages.
Lisa likes to get stuck into community events, and helped organise South Cerney Street Fair. She is also an active member of the A419 Noise Action Group which is campaigning to get the concrete section of the A419 resurfaced to reduce traffic noise.
Lisa works in advertising film production so knows how to deliver big projects.
Lisa's priorities are:
Better bus services
Particularly in rural areas, to combat isolation and the cost of living, and to reduce our carbon emissions
Better roads
To help people get about, particularly cyclists
Genuinely affordable housing
Which is vital for local families and our young people, making sure our smaller towns and villages are vibrant and viable
Roles and responsibilities
