Before moving to Cerney Wick, Mike lived in Swindon where he was a Borough Councillor for 14 years - so he knows how to get things done for residents!

Since being elected to Cotswold District Council in May 2019, Mike has become the Deputy Leader of the Council and the Cabinet Member for Finance, using his experience to improve the four villages of his ward, and the wider Cotswolds.

Speaking to many residents on the doorstep, they say they want someone who will stay in touch and get things done. Mike is doing exactly that!

Mike's priorities are:

Improving our roads
The District Council should use its clout to lobby for more funding.

Genuinely affordable housing
Both to buy through new developmenr, and more council housing to rent.

Resurfacing the A419
Getting the noisy concrete sections of the A419 resurfaced would improve the lives and wellbeing of so many people in the local area.
